Project Based Section 8, State of California Loans through the
MHP Program and Joe Serna Farmworker Program.
The Benito Street Affordable Housing Project consists of 70 housing units, ranging in size from 1 to 5 bedrooms, a daycare center, maintenance shop, community center and management offices. This
redevelopment project is the second of two phases for this 12 acre site, which was originally constructed in the 1960's. These rental units are available to families earning up to 60% of the Area Median Income.
