Recent Achievements
This $23 million project was funded through 4% Low Income Housing Tax Credits, Tax Exempt Bond Financing, Project Based Section 8, State of California Loans through the MHP Program and Joe Serna Farmworker Program.
The Benito Street Affordable Housing Project consists of 70 housing units, ranging in size from 1 to 5 bedrooms, a daycare center, maintenance shop, community center and management offices. This 
redevelopment project is the second of two phases for this 12 acre site, which was originally constructed in the 1960's. These rental units are available to families earning up to 60% of the Area Median Income.

The Fanoe Vista Townhome Apartments is a newly constructed 44-unit residential housing development affordable to low-income families. The Fanoe Vista Townhome Apartments are located on a rectangular shaped parcel totaling 3.5 acres and zoned multifamily residential. The location of the subject property is within 0.2 miles of one public park and a full-scale grocery store, 0.5 miles from an elementary school, and 0.7 miles of a full service medical clinic. Easy access to services contributes to the marketability of the subject property. The Fanoe Vista Townhome Apartments includes one management unit and 43 rental units as well as a 1,687 square foot resident center.
